風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是適用(yong)于風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)中(zhong)的(de)(de)空氣加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),規格分低溫(wen)(wen)、中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)、高溫(wen)(wen)三種形式,在(zai)(zai)(zai)結構上(shang)的(de)(de)共同之處是采用(yong)了用(yong)鋼板支撐電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)以減少(shao)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機停止時電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管(guan)的(de)(de)振動(dong),在(zai)(zai)(zai)接線(xian)盒中(zhong)都裝有超溫(wen)(wen)控制(zhi)(zhi)裝置。 另在(zai)(zai)(zai)控制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)面(mian)除裝有超溫(wen)(wen)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護(hu)外,還在(zai)(zai)(zai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機與加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)之間加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)裝聯運裝置,以確保(bao)(bao)(bao)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)起動(dong)必須在(zai)(zai)(zai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)機起動(dong)之后,在(zai)(zai)(zai)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)前后加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)一差壓(ya)裝置,以防風(feng)(feng)(feng)機故障(zhang);低溫(wen)(wen)型可直接安裝在(zai)(zai)(zai)風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)上(shang),而中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)型、高溫(wen)(wen)型由(you)于結構上(shang)的(de)(de)不同,在(zai)(zai)(zai)通道(dao)外壁至加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)接線(xian)盒夾有100mm 厚的(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)材料(liao),這主要是減少(shao)整個通道(dao)的(de)(de)對外散熱(re)(re)(re)(re)和接線(xian)腔內的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度,通道(dao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)氣體壓(ya)力一般不應超過0.3Kg/cm2,如需超過以上(shang)壓(ya)力,請(qing)選用(yong)循(xun)環式電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi);低溫(wen)(wen)型加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣體加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)更高溫(wen)(wen)度不超過160℃;中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)型不超過260℃;高溫(wen)(wen)型不超過500℃。
風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)式電加熱器用于工(gong)業風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)、空調風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)與各(ge)行業空氣通過對(dui)空氣的加熱,提高(gao)輸出空氣的溫(wen)(wen)度,一般在風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)橫向(xiang)開口插(cha)入。根據風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)作溫(wen)(wen)度分(fen)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)、中溫(wen)(wen)和高(gao)溫(wen)(wen);根據風(feng)(feng)(feng)道(dao)(dao)內風(feng)(feng)(feng)速分(fen)低(di)風(feng)(feng)(feng)速、中風(feng)(feng)(feng)速和高(gao)風(feng)(feng)(feng)速。
